We only ship to the continental USA. We ship UPS Ground or UPS Freight depending on weight. "Free Shipping" method may take 7-10 days to arrive depending on your location so please plan ahead. If you need your items "in a hurry" please call us at 1-800-521-8387 for expedited shipping quote.
 
Please note that we use several suppliers for the products listed in our store so your order may ship from multiple locations. Because of this some items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about a missing item. Delivery Policy 
 
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to place an order ahead of the date flags are needed by. We will not be held liable for flags arriving late and no refunds will be given. Please call us before you order if you need delivery for a certain date to be sure we can fulfill that request. 
 
We will arrange for the delivery of your order within 3 business days. (Large orders may take longer) Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time/date of delivery unless you call to request upgraded shipping method.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery and no refunds will be given.
 
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order or refund.

Return Policy

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on stick flags unless the reason is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must contact us immediately at 1-800-521-8387 if there is a problem with your order otherwise the sale is final after 48 hours.

Your credit/debit card statement will be billed either US Veterans or Veterans Flags.
